These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Javera website and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Javera, a trade name of Nomada Creative LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company ("Javera," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

The Service is currently in private beta and consists of an email interest list and informational landing page. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems;
Submit false, misleading, or someone else's email address when signing up;
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or interact with the Service without our prior written consent.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the Service—including the Javera name, logo, copy, and design—are owned by or licensed to Javera (Nomada Creative LLC). Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without our prior written permission.

3. Beta Program

The Service is offered as a pre-release beta. Features may change, be discontinued, or be unavailable without notice. We make no guarantee that the beta will lead to a general release or that any specific functionality will be available when the product launches.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOMADA CREATIVE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
