This Privacy Policy describes how Javera, a trade name of Nomada Creative LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company ("Javera," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit javera.ai (the "Site") or join our early-access list. We keep it simple because we only collect what we need.
Email address. When you submit the early-access form, we collect your email address. That's the only personal information we ask for at this stage.
Automatically collected data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log standard technical information—such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited—for security and performance purposes. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
We will never sell your email address or use it for advertising purposes unrelated to Javera.
We use Loops (loops.so) to manage our email list. When you submit your email, it is transmitted to and stored by Loops. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy. We also use Cloudflare to host and serve the Site; Cloudflare may process certain technical data as part of providing its services.
We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us at legal@javera.ai.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at legal@javera.ai and we'll respond promptly.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete the information.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
